I have been a keen composer since school where I wrote chamber music for my classmates and arranged some of the music for the drama group's production of "Tom Sawyer". I continued to study composition at University, trying different styles and influences from the wide range of musical types I experienced there and making the most of the chance to have some of my work performed and criticised by professional musicians.
I have completed commissions for a suite of short pieces for the King's Lynn Waites and incidental music for a new play "Searching for Mrs Dickens" by the professional theatre company Mad Dogs and Englishmen. I have also received commissions from several individuals, for both original works and for the arrangement and notation of their songs.
