will have a lot of questions.
This section was designed to answer the most common questions
that new clients usually ask.
Q:
Do I need to be fit and healthy to see you?
A:
No. I am here to assess your health and fitness and help you to
move forward.
Q:
What if I have high blood pressure or I am over-weight?
A:
In conjuction with your GP I would work out the most suitable
training routine for you.
Q: Do I have to come along or may I bring
a friend?
A:
Yes of of course, its up to you, whatever your requirements are
I am here to help you.
Q:
Do I have to see you everyday?
A:
No. You can see me as much or as little as you want. But I am
also here to help motivate yourself
and teach you a life long skill that can be used anywhere.
Q:
What should I wear?
A:
Anything that you feel comfortable in with suitable footwear for
the chosen activity.
Q:
Can I see you in the privacy of my home as I dont feel comfortable
in gyms?
A:
Yes, by arrangement this is fine, as that is the role of the personal
trainer.
Q:
Am I too old?
A:
No. Everyone is welcome to train at their own level.
Q:
Will it work for me?
A:
Yes, it will work for you if you work with me!
Q:
Can I choose an activity I really enjoy and wish to improve i.e
swimming?
A:
Yes, if you like an activity you will progress with help and guidance
from me.

Will training take over my life?
A:
No. You are in control of your life, therefore you can do as little
or as much as you wish.
