This program let's you place town,people into your maps you make with the Terrain Editor. Plus you can make up your own missions with this. Very good and to put in towns,people is so easy. All you have to do is make your map with the Terrain editor save it. Load up this nice program and do your editing and then save it as a MPR file, the program will try to save it as a INI file just change it to MPR. INI is for missions.
