Mr. Tickle was the first Mr. Man. He was born when Roger Hargreaves' son asked him what a 'tickle' looked like.

Mr. Tickle leads an envious life, mostly because he doesn't have to get out of bed to eat biscuits. He spends his life roaming the town tickling unsuspectecting victims, usually prominant figures of authority. He makes people laugh like Mr. Funny and Mr. Happy, but he is never commended for it, and is always in trouble.
