Here we have the skins. There aren't many at the moment, thats because YOU have to send them in. You can get the skinning program HERE.
You MUST have the skinning program in order to use the skins because thats how it all works.
If you have made any skins and you would like to put them on here for the good of the nation, please EMAIL them to me.
The ones here are relatively bad at the moment, they're mostly just experimentation. Play around with them and see what you can do.

HOW TO MAKE SKINS
1 - Download the skin editor
2 - You need to create a 128 x 64 .bmp image for a skin, but you need a template to make one otherwise you won't know what goes where. There are a few templates provided but what if you want to base it on a different character? Here's what you do: Open up the program. You will notice it has a dirty great big list of every skin for every character. Select the skin you like the look of. You will get a preview picture. Press Print Screen (PrtScrn on your keyboard) and paste the image of your entire screen into your paint program. Select the EXACT area of the preview image and copy and paste it so its another image. Basically, what you want is the preview image. So, you have your template now except its the wrong size, its too big it won't work in the game. Resize it to 128 x 64 pixels. Now you have a template.
3 - Each character has 6 skins for each different type of armour, the number of which is at the end of each file name:
[1] No armour
[2] Flak jacket
[3] Kevlar
[4] Thermal
[5] Stealth
[6] Reactive armour
HOW TO USE THE SKINS
1 - Unzip all the pictures into the skin editor directory.
2 - Open the skin editor and select the character you want to reskin. Select each of the characters skins and replace them with the ones you want.
3 - Two important notes: Firstly, change ALL the skins you want to change THEN click on patch. If you want to change any more after exiting the editor then you have to change every single one again.
Second, don't bother changing the generic characters skins, as it won't show up in single player mode. You have to change one of the other 8 super characters.
