In years to come, children will ask their mothers and fathers where they were on July 10, 2000; and their mothers and fathers will give them a clip round the ear and tell them not to ask stupid questions.

But The Regulars will remember that glorious day forevermore, as they released their debut single Lie down and fight to a rapturous, if endearingly small, response.

This page is to tell you three ways to buy it.

buyer's guide

From a shop

Lie down and fight is a proper release, on a proper label, with proper distribution, which means that in the UK at least you should be able to buy it from a proper shop. Unless your proper shop is unusually discerning, however, they probably won't have it in stock and they'll have to order it in. If this is the case, they will need the following information:

Artist The Regulars
Title Lie down and fight

Format seven-inch vinyl
Label Bearos Records
Catalogue number Bearos011
Distributor Cargo

(Should you be lucky enough to reside in the Birmingham area, go to Tempest on Bull Street, and go downstairs. They are unusually discerning and have copies not only in stock but displayed on the wall.)

You can also buy by post, directly from Bearos Records. Make out a cheque or IMO for £2.50 payable to A. Farmer. This includes postage in the UK; for orders from outside the UK you'll have to make it £3.50. Send your order to:

See the Bearos website for more information.

Online

Check and see if your favourite online record shop stocks Lie down and fight. If they don't, then give them a right earful.

Officially, we really recommend the excellent Pennyblackmusic for online ordering. And indeed, this link will take you directly to order Lie down.
