A pop band for a slower world

Following a recent period of exasperation at their own inertia, The Regulars have finally got their arses in gear and arranged dates for the recording of their debut single Lie down and fight.

The first day's recording is to be February 20, with another day to follow later the same month. A further part of a day will be spent mixing down the two tracks.
